I canceled a ticket on Yatra.com. I was supposed to my refund in the "Ecash" account. The website said the refund would be instant. They also stated that the return would be initiated in ** hrs. Its een well over ** hrs and no response has been recieved from the company yet. They are not responding to my emails either.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
