I booked a room from Oyo app on the dates of * Rd October to * th October **** on September last week of **** and it was cancelled on * nd October as the hotels is not accepting any bookings. So Oyo suggested me another room nearby only but i didn't like the room.So i cancelled my booking and till now I didn't get any refund from Oyo and as I was trying to call them but I can't able to contact them
So i tried booking via call they connected to the customer service then I raised this issue with them then they said we will make contact with the refund service so please be hold for * min i Waited upto ** min then they disconnected my call, i literally tried so many times they are doing in this same manner only.
I paid upto ****rs and I am a student for me this money is huge
Please help me with this situation and get back my money from the fraud company Oyo and take legal actions also as so many people are suffering from this app. I can suggest you ban this app.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
