Dear sir/medam,
I am Subhash Kutum most humbly writting this mail for refund the amount in my account which I have been paid. I would like to inform you that today I was shopping the sum of Rs ***/- in smart Bazaar BHANGAGARH GUWAHATI -******. And I paid that amount through my UPI account which was successful debited from my account, after that I got know from your cashier executive payment not received in your concern account due to some server issues, so unable to generate the receipt. And he was asking for repayment the same amount to me but I denied to pay and return the things which I had bought.
So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Thanking you.
