i have booked hotel and ** of may **** was my checking date
and i reached to checkin in hotel the hotel dealer was saying i have canceled your booking and ill not allow you to check in
go and co ordinate to oyo
when i called in oyo customer care they are not ready to help me and they are saying we will not give you any refund
i said do one thing i dont want refund shift me on other hotel they are saying in your near location we dont have any hotel to you
and they are giving excuses wait ill transfer the call to senior and they are making me fool they arr keeping my call on hold for * hour and not giving any response
asap it is my humble request take strict action against oyo

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
