Murali BM filed complaint against Club Factory on Aug 2, 2020
I purchased few dresses for me and wife, my wife dresses was shipped but not delivered due to delay in delivering I cancelled the order worth of **** INR. In the club factory app it shows ‘we are refunding’ but I still didn’t get my refund. I got all the dresses delivered to my wife’s place. I returned the items * denim shirts and * jeans pants the very next day because of poor quality color and size issues among those * denim shirts got rejected due to quality check saying different products received as club factory says. I questioned them and ask for resolution via club factory chat support many times, but no response they told other items apart from * denim shirts got refunded but I still didn’t receive my refund yet. I didn’t use any of the item received from club factory and those * denim shirts doesn’t fit too for me and returned After I checked with seller he not at all responding for my issue even club factory stopped their services due ban in India. I don’t know whom to address this issue and get resolved. Here is the seller details I’m posting please take necessary action on him and also requesting you to help in getting my refund back for all the items I ordered.
