I've booked a hotel on **th December **** in Goa and immediately cancelled the same on **st December ****. However, I haven't received any refund for the booking I've done.
Please find below the booking and cancellation details:

I was also informed that a full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation based on that i have done the booking. This confirmation was also done over the call through IVR.
i have tried so many times to connect Refund team, they simply disconnecting the call. few callers saying you will get refund in * to ** days, few are saying you will not get any refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
