PRASHANT PADOLE filed complaint against Goibibo on Jul 24, 2020
My return flight has been cancelled by Airlines and issued as a refund on ** June **** to travel agent as it was booked over Goibibo. American airlines has sent confirmation to me over email and refund receipt also available on their portal. Goibibo is denying that refund is credited to their account once it is credited it will given to me and so I dont need to contact them .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
