My internet connection was having issue in last month. Customer support team told me it will take *-* days to fix. But it went for ** days and they were not able to fix the connection. I call them at least ** times for follow up but the could not help. So my renewal period came, the customer support told me sir renew the connection by paying *** due amount and your connection will be Up and running as we have fixed the issue. After paying also it was same and i followed but no positive outcome, so I requested them for refund. Now the customer support tell me we will get back to you but they are not refunding my money. Its been more than * weeks now.
