I booked an OYO for October **, booking id TPJF****, when I reached the hotel they said they are not entertaining customers who have made an advance payment of the room. I contacted the customer care and they shifted me to the new hotel under booking id TPJF****, when I go to the hotel for check-in the hotel manager said you have to pay *** in cash for checkin, after that I contacted to customer service and they said you can pay *** in cash and we will refund that money after your checkout. after checkout when I contacted to oyo customer service they refused to refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
