I had a booking with PNR - K*PPTS, with go air from Lucknow to Ahmedabad dated * july ****.But the flight got cancelled, so i asked for refund from both goair and goibibo ,but no positive response came. so i complain with government grievance portal against goair and now * days back finally they have told that they have refunded full amount to agent invoice. And asked me to contact agent.
Now from * days continously i am trying to contact goibibo but no response is coming,they are not even allowing to ask for refund in app,not even their self support is working,no response theough call,I have mailed them too regarding this.
Please help me to get the refund back to my bank acc through which i have paid for this booking.
