Satyam filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 16, 2022
I had ordered a mobile phone of amount ***** from flipkart mobile application on ** March ****. Price of mobile phone was *****.** INR.
But I got discount of **** INR on SBI debit card so it costed me *****.** INR which got debited from my SBI debit, but order was not confirmed.
I reached flipkart first, I got reply stating that flipkart had not received the amount, please contact your bank.
After that I contacted my bank with transaction details and filled charge bank form which I am attaching for your reference.
After complaining to the bank, I got reply from bank that the amount had been credited to merchant.
After complaining to flipkart by consumer helpline they said that debited amount is with the bank.
I become mentally disturbed between these period. So I request you to please come with helpful resolution. I have not done sin so why should I bear its consequences by losing my hard earned money.
I have attached all the document for your reference.
