I had booked a flight ticket on May ** for my journey to chennai on May **th. Immediately after i booked in www.travolook.in they mailed me saying the ticket couldn't be generated hence we are refunding the amount in another **-** days. After that i searched in internet and i could see most of the people faced this issue and they have not received the refund till date. After ** days once i reached out to their customer care they started saying another * days and kept on extending. I feel the company has been cheating a lot of people and i would need them to pay my amount along with the compensation for the time that i have wasted
