The flight is cancelled due to covid and I booked the flight from Goibibo on March **,**** opting for insurance even to get the full refund in the event of flight cancellation. But, i didn't get the refund till June *st week even on continuous dropping of emails finally they responded to my email which i have sent in June *st week and all of a sudden i got a email that we accept your cancellation request. Why i will cancel the ticket in June *st week where my flight was in March and i got a refund for only partial amount. When the flight has been cancelled due to covid why should I pay to the goibibo to the extent of Rs.*** when i have opted for insurance even. I would request you to help me to get the complete refund.
