I booked * tickets from Hyderabad to Goa and return on ** Oct **** (reference no - *************).
The booking dates were wrongly mentioned so i tried re-scheduling the tickets, the site notified that i have to call the airlines directly to re-schedule.
when i contacted the airlines, they were kind enough to cancel the existing tickets and initiated a full refund and re-booked new tickets with correct dates. i tried to claim refund on the yatra site. it said that i cant claim refund on the upcoming flights. i tried calling the costumer care number and wrote and e-mail regarding the same, for which i haven't received any response.
i request the issue to be resolved at the earliest possible. thank you.
