I Have Made Booking For My Flight Tickets To nagpur-delhi and delhi-nagpurThrough GOIBIBO, Flights Got Cancelled Due To COVID , I Got Confirmation From The Airlines That They Have Given Full Refunds For All My Tickets To GOIBIBO, However I haven't received Refunds for both Tickets.It's Been a week And I Am Yet To Be Paid For both Tickets.
PNR No: HD*VNX(goair), XKMYGG(Indigo). Airlines Customer care executive confirmed few days back that refund has been initiated from them and I shall be paid within * working days, it's been more than a week, no updates yet. Now I am unable to reach customer care executive.
Even contacts given on goibigo site doesn't exist.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
