I have booked ZOOMCAR for my personal purpose on **-**-****, it's been * months finishing, I've sent many emails to them there is no response. I went to office they said we dont know the customer service number, no one responded in a manner, I've booked a different car and finally they changed my car which I've booked, and I booked it with fuel and they asked me to fill your fuel we dont have cash for filling fuel. And the car was not neat it was full of dust, after drop off they said your remain balance will be credited in * working days. It's been * months finishing there is no response. Sent many emails no one get back to me. Please help me from this due to this lockdown everyone running out of balance. These ZOOMCAR people are just a fraud.
Please help me from them to get my money back. Simply they are holding my balance amount.
