I am having a horrible experience with Yatra.com.
I had booked flights on Yatra.com using my credit card in November (Amount *****). Later the flights got cancelled due to Covid lockdown. Yatra.com informed me that they have refunded the amount against cancellation of these flight tickets. Amount Refunded - INR *****/- Refund Processed on Date - **th June **** Bank Transaction ID - *************** / ********** Yatra.com reference number - *************.Firstly against Covid cancellation Yatra is only refunding me INR *****, whereas I was charged INR *****. Even that said amount of ***** is also not refunded till date.
The amount is still not reflecting in my card, upon checking with my bank, they are unable to recognize this transaction of Yatra.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
