Still waiting on my refund of a flight ticket, which they only cancelled on ** July ****. Have sent several mails to Travolook, just get an automated response, no help. Called customer care multiple times, no help at all. Cannot even escalate the matter. Everything just for show. Made me share my details but still no action. Really fed up and looking for help in the matter.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
