- Refund from airlines Open
I booked Indigo airlines ticket through goibibo agent. Due to covid-** outbreak, flights have been cancelled. Now, instead of giving refund, they just give credit shell with defined limit date.
I booked ticket for particular planned tour activity. Now, it may not be possible due to various reasons and conditions within next few months or may be year.
Now, how it fair to use airlines credit shell money within definitel time period. If we have no reason to use this credit shell amount for any destination mentioned by airlines, the credit shell amount will be expired. This is completely unfair to customer and it is just waste of money. Customer has full right to ask money refund if he does not want to use credit shell. But airlines is refusing or not replying.
Please help and resolve in this matter. Thanks.
