Firstly, when I initially engaged your services, I clearly specified
that the monthly rent for my PG property is ₹**,***. Unfortunately,
the plan presented to me was exclusively for properties with rents
below ₹*,***. This significant discrepancy renders the provided
listings ineffective for my requirements, as they do not cater to the
target market of potential tenants who can afford my property's rent.
Consequently, I have been unable to secure suitable tenants for my PG
facility through your platform.
Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response and
communication regarding the acquisition of new tenants. Despite my
repeated attempts to contact your agency and seek updates on potential
tenants, there has been no response from your end. This lack of
communication has caused unnecessary delays and has proven to be a
severe inconvenience for my business operations.
In light of these issues, I kindly request a refund for the fees I
have paid for your services. It is only fair that I receive
compensation for the inadequate listings that did not align with my
property's rental rate, as well as the lack of responsiveness in
securing suitable tenants. As a paying customer, I had expected a
higher level of professionalism and service from your agency.
I trust that you understand the importance of customer satisfaction
and will address my concerns promptly. I kindly request that you
initiate the refund process and reimburse the fees I have paid for the
services that did not meet my expectations.
I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge the receipt of this
email and provide confirmation of the refund process. I hope that we
can resolve this matter amicably and avoid any further inconvenience
or escalation.
