Goibibo airlines - Refund for flight tickets

I have booked a ticket for Mumbai to newdelhi on **.**.**** through goibibo. Ticket was confirmed in vistara airline on **.**.**** and amount for rs ***** is deducted.
Soon after deductions a message came from vistara that flight is cancelled due to operational reasons.
After that all the customer care numbers are busy and since one month continuous emails has been forwarded to goibibo but they are not responding and simply cheating by writing that your refund is under process.
I am very frustrated by there response and there process of making customers fool.
