OLA. With reference to the above-mentioned subject would like to draw your kind attention towards the double pricing being done for my ride last month. Initially, booked a cab through OLA App from my residence to IGI Airport, T* Delhi and the fare popped up was ***/- after all discounts and including all charges. The cab arrived and the journey started on the termination of the journey at the selected destination. The driver asked for ***/- which was almost the double through what I book and when I questioned back the revert was payment to itna hi karna padega jo dikha rha hai varna cab se nhi utar skte aap. Unfortunately, I was embarrassed in front of everyone and I had to pay that time and couldn't connect with the customer support due to time limitations as I was about to start off for my vacations. Later on, when I came back to Delhi and on **th night I called up support. They raised the complaint and assured that within ** hours we will provide a solution to your complaint. Now i.e., ** June ** when I once again called support Ms Niveda appeared on the call and stated that the overpricing was done due there was a deviation the planned route and a different route had been taken which increased your final fare. FYI, OLA Team, I myself have travelled to Airport several times from the same point of origin but however, the route we had taken was the same route I had always gone to airport in my entire life. Now once she got puzzled in her revert and I was not satisfied with her solution. I wished to talk to the senior/superior available. The revert was we don't have any superiors available on shift right now they are only available from ** am to ** pm. ( You may please refer to the call recording for better reviews). Finally, I had to disconnect and connect again now once again I got connected to Mr Salman who understood the issue and sorted out that overpricing was done due to a system error and we had already issued a Refund Voucher of Rs. *** for you which you can claim till next Feb ****. Now. My question is when the over pricing has been done due to system error or any other malfunctioning and when I had to pay after being embarrassed by drivers, why should I accept you refund vouchers. If the team have taken the money from me by mistake or error, the same should be refunded to me in form or (Cash/Bank Transfer/cheque). Issuing a refund vouchers means first you forcefully take money on the claim of errors and then issue vouchers to claim rides. For me, if I don't wish to claim rides my ***/- becomes a loss, as it is still in your possession. Therefore I request your good self to refund my money in the payment modes mentioned above, as its a hard earned money for me and my family and can be a need of the hour for me as well. Additionally, I am also attaching the invoice screenshot for your reference, which states that ***/- has been charged extra for Parking Charges however if you travel to the airport and once you go to Departures there are not parking charges involved in the same.
Its been almost a month now, none of them has returned my money, henceforth I let them owe me my total amount as given below.

Call Charges: *** being spent in the last ** days calling your customer care team and waiting on long calls to get my money back.
Harassment: **** for the mental harassment I have faced with your team and cab driver who intentionally forced me to pay, along with the additional amount I had paid which have run short on my personal monthly budget. The precious time I had wasted.
