I have booked train tickets through goibibo for May * **** and may * ****. Both the trains were cancelled due to lockdown IRCTC have initiated the refund long back still I have received it. Im in a tough situation now I need that money immediately. Goibibo customer service is also not responding my pnrs are (**********) (**********) please do the needful as soon as possible.
