Goibibo and Irctc - Not received full Refund

Due to covid ** train ticket is been cancelled and full refund is been initiated by irctc but goibibo has not returned the full money they have deducted some charges but as per their policy, if I check in app after clicking on help and then refund policy says if full refund will be given if train is cancelled, then why I have not recived full refund???
Spoken to one of the agent she was not helpfull just reading what she was been thought,asked for supervisor but she raised a service request ******** asked to wait for ** hrs but it's been * days now and still not received any call back

Goibibo and Irctc – Refund Closed

Train tickets get automatically cancelled due to Covid-** lockdown and after that the amount is refunded by IRCTC to Goibibo but they didn't refunded that as well as customer service is not contactable.
