I booked a ticket on **th August **** for ** sept **** of Indigo flight from happyeasygo and within * hours had to cancel. I called indigo customer care and asked for cancellation. Since it was less than * hours they immediately cancelled my ticket and refunded my whole amount.
Since then I am chasing Happyeasygo for refund it has been more than * months now and every time I remind them there is a generic response stating to wait for some more time. On app it shows that it is stuck at payment pending at airline which is completely not true.
