Siddharth Pandalai filed complaint against Travolook on Apr 24, 2021
Booked a flight ticket from Bhopal to Mumbai on **th March, ****, only to be informed within ** mins that the ticket cancelled by airline. Was promised my refund within **-** working days. When inquiring after this duration, was informed that I would be refunded after *-** working days. And finally when I called them up on April **th, I was informed that the refund has started and I would be refunded in * days.
A total duration of more than a month has passed and I still see no refund. Is this a scam or are they just that negligent.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
