- Refund for cancelled flight not provided by goibibo ^Open

I had booked to and fro ticket from Hyderabad to London via jet airways through Goibibo website for mother and paid rupees ***** along with the travel insurance. Later I had to reschedule the journey on a need basis so I contacted Goibibo for knowing the difference amount. They have sent the payment link for the difference amount of rupees ****. I made payment and asked them to provide information for the travel insurance as dates changed and checked for difference amount that I had to pay and requested even for the corrections of dob of traveller in the insurance policy issued earlier. I got a new itinerary for the dates **th April upwards and downwards **th Aug ****. For new travel insurance I was following up frequently on a regular basis then I got to know that jet airway is in crisis and flights got cancelled. So then I kept my concern for travel insurance aside and started checking with Goibibo to provide for an alternative flight. Continuously * week I kept calling them and * day I seriously warned them, then customer agent took a conference call with jet airways customer support and then got alternative flight itinerary from British airways. Now I again started following up for new travel insurance with new dates, Goibibo has sent the payment link for extra amount **** made payment and waited for new travel insurance document. Travel date has come **th April ****, on the day of travel when my mother was at British airways counter, she was told that her ticket was not confirmed and Goibibo was not ready to give any support at that time. We had to rush to the jet airways counter and get a confirmed ticket at the last moment just ** minutes before the flight take off. Now when the return journey date is approaching and I tried to contact jet-airways. I was informed that the return ticket was cancelled as jet airways are not in the market and whatever ticket provided earlier is not valid now. I have to contact Goibibo for the refund as I had booked the ticket through them. When I contacted Goibibo they were not ready to help me with the refund. They have not intimated me about the ticket cancellation or refund process and are now denying the refund too. I have booked the tickets through their Android app and made the payment through them and now they are denying any responsibility. Right from the start, there is no proper response from them and I had to book another ticket for my mother at double the price of the original ticket. I had to not only go through financial stress but also mental agony as my mother was travelling for my sister's delivery and till the last moment, we were not sure whether she would be travelling or not.
