In Nov ****, I booked my flight trip to Bali via Make My Trip for Apr **** which got cancelled due to COVID. Using my Booking ID - NN*************,
I constantly followed up till **th Dec **** for a refund however today they have deleted my booking ID due to which none from their online/offline support teams have been able to track my complaint. I have all screenshots, communication and proofs to support my claim and have been awaiting their response. Another Booking of mine NN************* was refunded after * months follow up which was for same dates/flight.
