- Refund due to cancellation of air tickets not received Open

*. I booked through the AIR INDIA website for travel from Visakhapatnam to san Francisco (USA) vide Air India PNR number HZBQE ( E-TICKET NUMBER: *************) to travel on **-**-**. The e-ticket is enclosed herewith.
*. I requested for cancellation of booking on **-**-** at around **** hrs with more than ** hours from the time of departure through the call center of Air India. The call center confirmed cancellation and informed me that the refund of booking amount due to cancellation will be credited back to my credit card used for booking.
*. In spite of this information, I raised a request through email to contacts of Air India, contactus@airindia.in, ecommerce@airindia.in on **-**-** and **-**-**.
*. No reply received to date, neither Air India acknowledged the receipt of my above-said emails. The loss incurred by me is around Rs.******-**
*. Also, I observed that Rs *****-** was not returned by Air India to my SBI savings account to date which was due for a refund by Air India on **-**-** due to the reversal of the failed online transactions. The said amount was debited to my SBI account on **-**-** prior to cancellation when I tried to modify the date of the journey. The failure of this transaction has forced me to cancel the tickets later. In spite of my request through the same emails for reversal of failed online transaction and refund of Rs *****.**, no reply was received from Air India. Neither the amount is refunded.
*. The combined loss is Rs ******.
