I have Travelled in Air India from Gwahati to Delhi. and my luggage was completly damaged on check out. They have commited to pay claim in ** days and its been more than *.* months and i have not received my claim. i ahve been calling and mailing on their customer care but have been receving no response and resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
