I had received a refund notice from GOIBIBO for a cancelled trip from SGN to DMK on **th July **** .We have processed a refund of Rs. *****.* for your SGN - DMK booking (BookingID - SEA***********) via your original mode of payment. The Bank Reference Number for the transaction is None.
But the amount didnot reflected in my bank account so I asked them to provide me with Bank refrence number regarding the deposit but they are not resolving the issue .They are only providing me ticket number

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
