As per the annexure to Goibibo's letter to customers on the website (screenshot attached from **rd April), all bookings for Turkish Airlines flight, booked before March ** and with travel date before **st December were eligible for a refund. In accordance with the website, I had applied for the refund on **rd April for my booking MYSMF********* . My follow-up included close to ** calls to your team, where they assured me of the refund from the airlines, albeit I need to maintain patience.
However, in an email by your team day before yesterday (retained below), I have been informed that some internal team of Goibibo (and not the airlines) has decided that I will not be provided a refund. The mail further indicates duel hypocrisy:
a) complete disregard of the letter on the Goibibo website.
b) the mail clearly states that the decision of no-refund is that of an internal Goibibo team and is unilateral and may not be of that of the airlines.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
