Adani Electricity Mumbai - Refund complaint against wrong account payment

Someone hacked my flipkart pay later account and made their electricity bill payment of amount Rs. ****/-
Flipkart customer care not agree to support in this case.
And also register a complaint against this transaction to adani electricity mail id helpdesk.mumbaielectricity@adani.com
But from past * days they are not responding to me on my complaint regarding refund process neither by mail nor by call.
