Pranay Bidaye filed complaint against Adani Electricity Mumbai on Dec 2, 2020
I have been slapped with an exorbitant bill by Adani Electricity, Mumbai. My unit consumption and bill amounts are in accordance so far but this company has charged me more than double my preceding and succeeding bills. I have lost peace of my mind and this has left me troubled as they have not sent me notice of disconnection of power supply if outstanding bill is not paid. I wonder company like Adani Electricity can give such a shock in prevailing pandemic. I demand rectification of August **** bill as an average of bills for previous three months and so also compensation of Rs.**,***/- for their misappropriation, disproportionate bills to loyal consumers in this Covid struck situation.
