- Refund cc122222 You Broadband not processed Closed
I have registered a complaint (Complaint No:******) here previously, which is in not processed yet state. and here the ISP has confirmed that they cannot provide connection and refund will be provided in *-** days. it has been * weeks there is not any communication regarding this and when I have called the customer care they dont have any clue. How this can be tolerated when they were making use of all the refund amount without returning to the people like us? is there no one to question these guys???
