My refund of ***** for MI LED TV was approved, after two months of running after them,and then cancelled due lack of bank details, which was sent by me twice on their email ID.
They seem to have received all other emails except the one required.
I have proof of the emails in my sent box.
This is really a company with sorry state of professionalism and consumer goodwill.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
