Agoda Booking - Refund booking amount

I book OYO Flagship ***** Hotel Pyramid via Agoda booking . Booking date is * nov **** to * nov **** check in time is **:** pm and also make payment of rs ***.* online . But while I reach hotel they refuse the booking and say that online booking are not accepting you hv to book ofline only and reduce to listen any thing . I also give confirmation get by Agoda bt thay refused all thing and not give any room . I also call number given in mail . But that contacts are Oyo and also thay refuse to help me and say u book via Agoda so they can't help me .
Plz refund my rs *** .
