Via Agoda i booked a hotel (The Malhar Palace, shirdi). And the hotel was given * star status, with all basic amenities. However, the hotel was not even maintaining basic cleanliness / hygiene. Left the hotel without staying and requested the refund from Agoda but now Agoda is just refunding **% of my full pre-paid amount. Felt like cheated by Agoda and agoda is promoting fraud and thiefs on their website and misguiding the travellers.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
