I made hotel booking on **th of August **** for Hotel Gold Nest Rubystone Heritage in Udaipur from Agoda.com online website. The Agoda.com showed room pictures and its available so I booked the room and made payment for the same. Later I called to hotel for booking confirmation but they informed there are no rooms available on date between **th Aug (Check in) to **th Aug (Check out). Due to this reason I cancelled the booking and requested for refund but not able to contact to Agoda.com so I requested in hotel but they told to talk with Agoda.com but still my refund is due from Agoda/Hotel. Id is **********
