I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the denial of my refund request for the dietitian
membership I purchased through their app in Canada for *** CAD. I initially subscribed to the membership several weeks ago after being approached by one of their marketing representatives, Mr. Neeraj Punia, who explained the benefits of the app and persuaded me to join, even though I initially declined. After subscribing, I was assigned to a dietitian, Ms. Leena Sagaya Mary R, who provided me with certain diet
suggestions. Although I could not strictly follow the AI-generated diet plans from the app, I managed
my own food routine and maintained a calorie-deficit diet. After around ** days, I realized that the app was not particularly useful for me. My weight loss results were entirely due to my personal food plan and workout routine, and I found that the app meal plans could be easily regenerated by AI with each refresh. According to their policy, customers are eligible to request a **% refund within ** days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. Therefore, I submitted a refund request within this period. However, I was informed by Mr. Lakshay Sabu from their customer service team that my request does not meet the refund policy requirements. I have attached the relevant conversation we had in the email, transaction details and refund policy (PDF) for
reference. Furthermore, even my assigned dietitian acknowledged that I have been following my own
food routine. Despite this, their team continued to insist on assigning me a new dietitian instead of
addressing my refund request. I made it clear that I do not wish to continue with the service.I am
extremely disappointed with this experience. The repeated responses from their support team have
been unhelpful and have not addressed my actual concern. As I am a student, I kindly request that
you review my case thoroughly and process my refund in accordance with their stated policy. Thank
you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and fair resolution.
