Healthifyme - Refund Denied

I have subscribed to Smart Plan in this app. They claimed that there will be personalized diet and workout plans. But after registering and using it, I felt that the app made wrong claims. There was no personalization. It just picks some random foods and workouts from its database and shows it to me. That is not what I paid money for. I requested them for refund immediately after few hours of subscription. But they kept saying they cannot refund since it is not their policy. But I have not even used the service for one day. It was totally useless!
