This is with reference to partial refund for Cancelled Flight Booking ID NF**************. The flights booked under this itinerary were cancelled by the Airlines itself, AIR INDIA on ** March **** and a full refund was initiated. Whereas, I have received a partial refund of INR **** against this booking while the actual Invoice amount paid was INR *****. So, an amount of INR *,*** is still pending from your side. The Invoice copy and refund details are attached for your reference. A complaint was raised with MMT for repayment of balance amount - Reference No. *****************.
