This is with regards to Kolkata to Shillong flight (**/**/****) with booking number ************* from Yatra.com. Due to COVID, indigo had cancelled this flight and provided me a ***% refund for the same. But Yatra has provided me ecash and not refund to the original payment method. In spite of repeatedly writing to them, I am not getting any refund for the same. Kindly look into this and provide a solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
