I have booked a ticket from goibibo but i had to reschedule it as it was in the early days of lockdown after which flights got suspended. While rescheduling I had a refund amount of **** INR which would have been refunded to goibibo as you can see in the below mail. Travel credit shell now available is only for **** INR.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
