Easymytrip Com - Refund Amount Nor Receive by EasyMyTrip com

Dear EasyMyTrip Team,
Myself Ayan Chakraborty, my PNR Number is OC**TZ, I had booked SpiceJet flight from you which was cancelled as on (**/**/****) due to some technical issues from Spice Jet.
Spice Jet had already refunded back the amount to your company which is Rs. **,*** (mailed by Spicejet in trail).
You are suppose to pay me Rs. **,*** after your certain deduction Rs. *,*** (including Flight Convenience Fees) (EasyMyTrip Mail is in trail)
Surprisingly, till date I had receive only **,*** and rest amount Rs. **,*** (Rs. **,*** - Rs.**,***) is still pending.
Please let me know when I will get my money back.
As per your **th May **** Mail in trail, you had mentioned that it will be refund within ** working days. But today is **th May ****, still I have not receive any money and neither any mail response from you, Whenever I call to your EasyMyTrip Customer Care you are unable to give support and have no clue for refund and doing ball passing games with me. I am harassing like anything by you.
Please note, During this pandemic I am seriously need my money back.
