I canceled my flight due to covid. Indigo airlines was refunded my amount to agency. But failed to contact easemytrip agency to know about my refund status. Need a solution for this kind of lethargic activity.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
