I have booked round-trip AirIndia flight tickets from Chennai to Singapore (Jan **st ****) and Singapore to Chennai (Jan **th ****) through the EasyMyTrip site On December **, ****.
My concern is that, as of ****-**-**, I am following up with EasyMyTrip on adding my kid ticket in the airline portal, but they are still unable to resolve my issue, and I have requested a refund if they are unable to resolve the issue before **/**. But still now no response from them.

Dec **st While sending the details for the VISA process, I noticed that my child's ticket was not available in the AirIndia portal.

I have immediately called EasyMyTrip's customer service number and informed them of the issue, and they asked me to check with the airlines. I then called AirIndia's customer service number, and they refused to update and clearly said I had to check with EasyMyTrip only and Informed the same to EasyMyTrip in call on same day (****/**/**).

They said will get an update in ** hours to my registered email id.
Again I have called them and same response we raised the concern have to wait for ** hours (on *rd Jan'**).
No response, so sent an email with required details(on *th Jan'**).
From that day daily i am calling/sending follow up emails and they saying same story wait for ** hours we have to get update from airlines.

Due to this issue, I am not able to plan VISA process and pre-book the necessary hotels and events for my trip, which is impacting my entire trip. Those booking fees are rising by the day.
If you are not able to add infant details by today's EOD, it will not help me plan my trip. I respectfully request that you return the entire amount. If I don't get any response by today, I will file a grievance on this issue. (on *th Jan'**)

As discussed with you on the call on Saturday(**/**) , I waited more than ** hours but still didn't get any response on this issue.
Kindly revert back the full amount since you are not able to fix the issue from your end.

We would like to inform you that as checked we have already marked a mail on you behalf regarding your concern but we have not received any update from the airline yet.
Hence, request you to kindly wait till the airline advises us for the same.
However, this is completely dependent on the airline.


They simply said it is completely dependent on the airline, and when I called Air India customer care, they said I had to check with EasyMyTrip.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service and am not able to plan my VISA process or pre-book the necessary hotels and events for my trip, which is impacting my entire trip. Now I have decided to cancel my trip due to this issue.
EasyMyTrip says the cancellation fee applies to more than **% of my ticket amount. I am asking them to repay the full amount with any cancellation fee. Kindly help me to refund my amount.
