Chetan pratap singh filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 4, 2022
I ordered Van heusen sports jacket from myntra on ** nov **, costs to me INR ****. On **st we received product. After some time my wife opened it she saw that there was one used and rough female apparel not jacket which I ordered for myself. I just wondered and immediately I raised request for pickup return and refund. On the *nd day I received confirmation from Myntra via app msg that my request of return pickup was approved being this is wrong product delivered and pickup will be arranged shorty. I was assured after that .Onwards everyday I used to receive pickup message in morning and in evening used to receive msg that we are unable to arrange pickup today, will arrange tomorrow. Pichup agent also used to call me everyday and inform me that day or another day will receive approval for pickup from myntra. On *nd december I receive message that return and refund request was rejected based on their investigation. I raised complaint again and requested them to consider my claim again. But they have closed my claim by saying that no fault at their side. I have only one thing to prove not guilty at my side and that is honesty. I feel very bad after this type of experience . I am worrying less about money but more about dishonesty, cheating , Integrity, ethics.
