Yatra.com - Refund against train cancellation

I booked train tickets and i didn't get any seat and IRCTC clearly mentioned that tickets get cancelled and You are free to get refund from agent i.e. yatra.com but I'm totally embarrassed and fed up with the system and did not get refund yet
