Dear Team,
I have been cheated by Extramarks on **/**/****. Mr. Indranil Rout and Mr. Krishanu Kumar came to my house and registered my children (Daughter- Aakriti Upadhyay, Class IV & Son - Subhadeep Upadhyay, Class II) saying that your children are very poor in English, Mathematics, and in communications. Mr. Indranil said that for the first * months we will assign one mentor who will teach the basics of English and boost their communication skills and after that one mentor will teach them * hr. online every day (*** days). After * days I received the login details of my children (Daughter- Aakriti Upadhyay, Class IV & Son - Subhadeep Upadhyay, Class II). And I received a call from this number- ********** and he confirmed to me that they don't provide any online classes and don't provide any basic classes. He told me that my children have to read themselves, and no one will be online with them. If they face any issues we will help them over call.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
